Battle of Evesham Market 18th and 19th May 2024

Evesham, Worcestershire

Invasion to the Tudor dynasty, over 120 re-enactors will showcase arms, armour, and daily life through thrilling demonstrations and battles. Each day concludes with a multi-period fight in our battle arena.

Explore over 130 stalls set among the historic Evesham Abbey ruins, featuring medieval and modern crafts, arts, weapons, artisan goods, and more. Engage with community groups and support local charities.

Families can enjoy archery, learn sword fighting, and try their hand at our axe throwing range. Don’t miss our medieval shop, offering unique gifts for adults and children alike.

Glastonbury Abbey Open Day 1st June 2024

Glastonbury, Street

The Glastonbury Abbey Summer Open Day returns in 2024 on Saturday June 1st with FREE entry from midday to 8pm featuring live music on the main stage, arts and crafts market, catering and more.

The entertainment on the stage kicks off with the 100 strong choir Sally’s Angels at 1pm and concludes before 8pm with local legends The Charlie Miller Band. The full line-up is:

Fantasy Forest 19th and 20th July 2024

Fantasy Forest, born from the vision of seasoned festival veterans, is a unique event bringing together fans of all fantasy genres. Set in the breathtaking grounds of Sudeley Castle, with views of the Cotswold Hills, it’s the ultimate gathering place to connect with old friends and make new ones while enjoying an unparalleled feast of entertainment.

Whether you’re into sci-fi and fantasy films, books, comics, anime, LARP, steampunk, cosplay, or historical re-enactment, everyone is welcome. We’ll be joining our friends, the Sherwood Outlaws, with our medieval shop on-site and hosting our thrilling axe throwing experience.

While you’re there, visit Queen Katherine Parr’s tomb, the last wife of King Henry VIII, and explore the chapel and gardens after 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Join us for a weekend of fantasy frolics in this historic venue that will leave you captivated!

Valhalla Festival 26th – 28th July 2024

The Valhalla Viking Festival, organized by Skull Vikings, is a non-profit event designed to fill a gap for the modern Heathen community. They’re a family-run Viking online store specializing in all things Viking, and we’re excited to offer our services at this 3-day festival. Step back to 1265 and immerse yourself in the medieval world at the Battle of Evesham re-enactment! Explore our medieval shop for unique treasures and test your aim at our thrilling axe throwing experience, perfect for those seeking an exciting challenge.

The free* festival in the heart of Evesham includes a living history camp with demonstrations of medieval cooking, weapons, and medicine. Witness the pivotal battle reenactment that shaped our democracy and watch hundreds of re-enactors fight “to the death.” On Saturday, the Battle of Evesham Grand Parade will wind through town, showcasing mounted knights in full armor.

On Crown Meadow, enjoy medieval music and dance, marvel at 13th-century medicine and weapons demonstrations, and see a mini Trebuchet in action. Falconry and equestrian displays, treasure trails, and children’s activities offer fun for the whole family. England’s Medieval Festival

24th, 25th & 26th August 2024

Pippingford Park, Sussex

Join us at England’s Medieval Festival, a vibrant celebration of the Middle Ages, held on August 24, 25, and 26, 2024, at The King’s Grove, Pippingford, East Sussex. Once a historic royal hunting ground, The King’s Grove now welcomes visitors to experience medieval life as it once was, with the king inviting all to revel in the sights, sounds, and flavors of this colorful era.

Enjoy knights jousting, daily battles, artillery displays, archery tournaments, and a grand parade. Explore craftsmen, traders, a Kids’ Kingdom, minstrels, magicians, and jesters, plus hog roasts and more. Performances continue throughout the day across three outdoor and two indoor stages, with evening shows in the main marquees. Indulge in real ales, mead, and medieval-style cuisine, and stay for the weekend with camping and glamping options available.

The Robin Hood Festival, Sherwood Forest

Join us in Sherwood Forest this summer for four weekends of entertainment from 1st – 31st of August, celebrating the legend that makes Sherwood famous across the globe. Everyweekend there will be a standalone event, and we will remain onsite each week.

What is the Robin Hood Festival?
The Robin Hood Festival is a celebration of the world’s favourite outlaw and the legends which have been inspired by the landscape of Sherwood Forest.

2024 will be the 38th Robin Hood Festival, with each attracting thousands of visitors every year from across the UK and overseas.

They come to see spectacular displays of jousting on horseback and medieval hand-to-hand combat, archery, historical re-enactment, music, comedy, children’s entertainment and much, much more.

We will be onsite offering our longbow archery, axe throwing and our medieval shop offering handmade leather items, medieval inspired jewellery and other unique gifts.
